What does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Bison products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to overload or wear and tear. It also doesn’t cover damage to straps as a result of contact with a rough or sharp surface. No product has an infinite lifespan if used every day but our warranty protects you against malfunction which means you should get many years of service from it if you use it correctly.
If my product is faulty/defective where can I report it?

What does the GS certification stand for?
The Geprüfte Sicherheit ("Tested Safety") or GS mark is a voluntary certification mark for technical equipment. It indicates that the equipment meets German and, if available, European safety requirements for such devices.
The GS mark is based on the German Product Safety Act ("Produktsicherheitsgesetz", or "ProdSG").
